1. Identity of the business responsible for your information

The Qaisi website (qaisi.dev) is operated by QAISI TECH LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number: 17299174), registered office at Office 1487, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1T 2EW. QAISI TECH LTD is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected].

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal information processed when you visit the Website, contact us, or engage our services. It does not cover third‑party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

3. Categories of personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process: identifiers and contact details (such as name, email address and company name); the contents of messages you send us; project details you choose to share; and technical information about your device and visit (such as IP address and browser type). We do not intentionally collect special‑category (sensitive) data through the Website, and we ask you not to send it through the contact form.

4. Information you provide directly

If you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, optionally your company, a project type, an estimated budget, an optional desired launch date and your message. The form is processed on our hosting server and delivered to us by email. Google reCAPTCHA v2 is used to reduce spam and may process technical data (such as your IP address) when you submit the form. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include. We use this to respond to and manage your enquiry.

5. Information collected automatically

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server‑log information when pages and assets are requested, typically your IP address, the time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring page and your browser’s user‑agent string. This is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website. We also load fonts and animation libraries from third‑party networks (see sections 6 and 11), which means those providers receive your IP address as part of serving those files.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session‑replay or behavioural‑tracking tools on the Website.

6. Information received from third parties

We do not buy personal information or build profiles from third‑party data brokers. We may receive limited information from providers that help operate the site (for example, delivery logs from an email or form provider) strictly to provide the service.

7. Purposes of processing

  • to respond to your enquiries and provide quotes and proposals;
  • to deliver, manage and improve our services for clients;
  • to operate, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the Website;
  • to prevent spam, fraud and abuse; and
  • to comply with legal obligations.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to our processing, we rely on: consent (for example, optional cookies/technologies you allow); performance of a contract (to provide services you request); legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, secure the site and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights); and legal obligation (where the law requires it).

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only item we store is a first‑party entry in your browser’s local storage (qaisi_consent) that remembers your cookie/consent choice. Full details, including third‑party requests that do not set cookies, are in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

10. Analytics

No analytics product is active on the Website at present. If we add privacy‑respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy, and, where required, only enable it after you consent through the cookie banner.

11. Service providers and categories of recipients

QAISI TECH LTD is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only as needed:

  • Hosting: Namecheap (cPanel hosting) stores the site files and server logs.
  • Content delivery: Google Fonts and cdnjs/Cloudflare deliver fonts and animation libraries; they receive your IP address when those files load.
  • Contact form: submissions are processed on our Namecheap/cPanel hosting (contact.php) and delivered to us by email (SMTP). Google reCAPTCHA v2 is used for spam protection and may process technical data when you submit the form.
  • Email: our email provider transmits and stores messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising.

12. International data transfers

Some providers above are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally and the law requires safeguards (for example, for EU/UK data), we rely on appropriate mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.

13. Data retention

We generally retain contact form submissions and email enquiries for up to 24 months from the date of receipt, or for the duration of any resulting client relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter. Client project records are retained for as long as required by law or legitimate business need. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected].

14. Information security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including serving the Website over HTTPS and limiting access to enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Your privacy rights

Subject to your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact [email protected] (see section 23). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

16. EU/EEA and UK rights

If you are in the UK and the UK GDPR applies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first. Please contact [email protected].

17. US state privacy rights (e.g. California)

This section will be updated if our services expand to jurisdictions with applicable US state privacy laws.

18. Global Privacy Control

Where required, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of optional, non‑essential processing. Our cookie banner detects GPC and defaults optional categories off when it is present.

19. Children’s privacy

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

20. Automated decision‑making and profiling

We do not use automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles of visitors.

The Website links to third‑party sites (for example, client projects). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

22. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.

23. How to submit a privacy request or contact us

To make a privacy request or ask a question, email [email protected]. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, using information we already hold. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive data unless we specifically ask. You may also use an authorised agent where the law allows.
